Using Triquet means accepting the following terms. "We" and "our" refer to the people who run Triquet.

The service, as it is

Triquet is offered as it is. It may change, pause or stop, and we cannot promise that it will always be there or that nothing will ever be lost. Download a hunt's Full History to keep a copy of your own. You may also download and run your own copy of Triquet. We invite and encourage you to add and share features.

Your content is yours

What you write in Triquet stays yours. So that Triquet can do what you ask of it, you let us keep it, show it to the people you share it with, and send it to external services. What we keep, and who sees it, is in the privacy policy.

No abuse

Don't use Triquet to:

• break the law, or anyone's rights, including by posting what is not yours to share;
• harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
• access data that is not yours, or get around Triquet's limits;
• overload Triquet or external services it relies on.

Recourse

For any reasonable cause, according to our sole judgement, we may:

• disable access to your account
• remove your account altogether
• alter the handle or title of your account
• remove or alter your content
